You don’t need money in order to change how people see themselves or to give someone hope for the future. Most of the time all it takes is an awareness of someone’s circumstances and a willingness to do something about it. That’s what one coach did. He asked parents and fans to show up on game day and show their support for the other team.
Curious as to why? Watch the video and see the whole story.
We have the power to impact others’ story. Instead of turning a blind eye we can take some initiative, use our creativity, and help someone see beyond the mistakes they have made. An act of kindness does more for the human heart than money ever could.

Wow. Brought tears to my eyes at 7:30 in the morning. Thank you for sharing this video and a great example of showing the love of God to the least of these.
Oh goodness. That was such a powerful thing to have done. As the tears roll down my cheeks, I cannot help but think of how special it must have been for those young men. That coach did something remarkable that day – and it, no doubt, touched a countless number of hearts. What a selfless act. What a way to extend the hand of love to those who are broken and hurting. It sometimes just takes something seemingly small in the great scheme of things to make so much of a huge impact. Thank you for sharing the video. It is helping me remember some of the important things in life – God’s love for us, and sharing that same love in a real, down to earth, way with others.
