God has not just gifted the priest and the educated to be of service to Him. God has made each human being uniquely different. Different personalities, different likes and dislikes, different IQs, different life experiences, and a capacity towards different skills. There is a place for everyone to be used by God.
If you milk cows, put green beans on a shelf, manage a stock portfolio, build water wells in Africa, drive a truck, or remodel homes, you can be used by God. The question is never “if” you can be used by God, but “how”? For most people, a job is self-serving. Acquired skills are self-serving. How can you shift from just making an income to using your knowledge, skills, or profession to honor God and serve your fellow man. How can you disciple others through your daily activities?
